This page explains what personal information BillionaireUp LLC collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

This website has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no forms. It does not build a profile of you, and there is nothing here to opt out of.
We collect personal information in only two situations: when you email us, and when you become a client and we need your information to do the work. We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
BillionaireUp LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Conroe, Texas. It provides operations consulting, project management, and custom software development, and it publishes software applications.
For anything in this policy, write to info@billionaireup.com. A person reads that address.
billionaireup.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising or social-media trackers, and contains no forms. We do not know who visits, and we do not try to find out.
Our web hosting provider keeps standard server access logs, as essentially all web hosts do. These typically record IP address, the page requested, the time, and browser type. They exist so the host can operate and secure the service. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.
This site links to tharindunallaperuma.com. Once you follow a link away from here, this policy no longer applies — the destination site has its own.
When you write to info@billionaireup.com, we receive whatever you send: your email address, your name if you sign it, and the contents of your message. We use it to answer you and, if it turns into work, to carry out that work.
Email is handled by Google Workspace, which means Google processes it on our behalf as our email provider.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship and for as long as we are required to keep business records. If you would like your correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it, except where we are legally required to keep a copy.
When we work with a client, we hold the information needed to do the work and to run a business around it: names and contact details for the people we deal with, the contents of engagements and deliverables, invoices, and payment records.
Some of that work involves handling a client's own business data.
Where we build or operate systems that process data belonging to a client, we handle that data on the client's instructions and for the client's purposes only. We do not use it for our own purposes, we do not use it to train models, and we do not disclose it except as the engagement requires or the law compels. Where an engagement has its own written confidentiality or data-processing terms, those terms govern and this policy does not narrow them.
We keep client records for the life of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting, and contractual record-keeping obligations require.
BillionaireUp LLC publishes software applications, including through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Each application has its own privacy notice, published at billionaireup.com/privacy/<application> and linked from that application's store listing. An application's own notice describes exactly what that application collects and why, and it is the notice that governs your use of it. This page covers the company and this website; it does not describe any individual application's data handling.
We use a small number of service providers to operate the business. They see only what they need to provide their service, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not run advertising at all.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and reputable providers, and we keep the amount of personal information we hold deliberately small — which is the most effective protection available. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
A company of our size is generally below the thresholds at which state privacy statutes impose formal obligations. We would rather not rely on that.
If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, email info@billionaireup.com and we will do it.
We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may need to keep information that we are legally required to retain — if that applies, we will tell you what we kept and why. There is no charge, and asking will never affect how you are treated.
This website and our services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.
We operate from the United States and information we hold is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy laws differ from those in your own country.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will say so here rather than change it quietly.
